The FL SBDC at UWF/FWB is presenting “Business Model Canvas” on Wednesday, July 27, from 10:30 a.m. – Noon. Is your business model generating profit or has the market shifted and your existing model is no longer working? The session will cover the 9 building blocks of your business model including: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships and Cost Structure. If you registered for the special Boot Camp, this workshop is automatically included. Location: Crestview Chamber, 1447 Commerce Drive. Attendance fee is $20 for the public and free for students and employees of the University of West Florida who present a Nautilus card.
