FIRST ANNUAL GARDEN PARTY FUNDRAISING EVENT

Join us at the Crestview Community Garden for an afternoon of FUN for kids, teens and adults!

FARM TO TABLE LUNCH
The highlight of the day is a handmade, locally grown, 'Farm to Table' lunch at the Garden from 11am to 1pm. Food will be prepared by acclaimed Chef Mary Richard of "A Grand Elegance" and Esther Phelps. Refreshments will be served all day.  

CRAFTS AND ACTIVITIES
There will be crafts and activities for kids, teens and adults. Crafts include recycled planters with seedlings, wreathmaking and plant markers. 

GARDEN TOURS
If you want to know more about starting your own garden, we will be providing gardening tips and tours, as well as seeds and starters. For the kids, there will be storytelling by Mr. McGregor of Peter Rabbit.  
Adult tours will be held at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00.  
Children's tours will be held at 10:30, 11:30,12:30 and 1:30.

Fees/Admission

ADMISSION:
Event admission before 11March: $10 per adult, $15 per couple.  
Event admission after 11March: $15 per adult, $25 per couple. 
Free raffle ticket to the first 15 people that purchase tickets!
Tickets are limited. Food is not guaranteed for tickets purchased the day of the event.  
Children are admitted for any donation you see fit (please give us a head count to expect).
Please buy tickets in advance and RSVP on Facebook so we can prepare adequately. 

RAFFLE TICKETS:
Raffle tickets are $10 each or 5 tickets for $40.  
Drawing will be held on 25 March 2017 after the Triple B - BBQ Festival. 
The first name drawn selects their prize.
Prizes include: 
        -Three drawings for Helicopter Rides by Advanced Aerial Operations
        -Handmade Quilt
        -Kitchen Herb Gardens.

To purchase, call us at 850-758-8481 or use the PayPal link at http://www.crestviewcommunitygarden.org/. Via PayPal, send the appropriate amount and specify for: event admission, raffle tickets or general donation. Include attendee’s name for will call admission. For raffle tickets, include name and phone number to be entered in raffle.

We are an official Florida Non-Profit. All proceeds go to paying our water bill, garden maintenance and improvement, and community outreach programs. Contact us to volunteer at the event or at the garden.
