Nutrition Workshop by Yoga Junkie Studio

Join us for this unique opportunity to learn about Nutrition form our on-staff Registered Dietitians. Workshop is 2-4 pm and will include an educational workshop on the Science behind Nutrition, a personal Health Questionnaire, Body Measurements and/or Weight (voluntary), and delicious Healthy Recipes to take home with you.

You are also welcome to join us for the complete 30 day Personal Commitment which includes the Nutritional Workshop, Health Questionnaire, Body Measurements and Weight, Food Journal and Exercise Log, Healthy Recipes, 2 Yoga Classes per Week and two 30 minute phone consultations with one of our Registered Dietitians to help keep you on track and answer and questions.
