I scream, You scream, we all scream for ice cream! Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida is hosting its second annual Okaloosa County Big Scoop! It is free admission and there will be all-you-can-eat ice cream, other frozen treats, games, kids activities, chances to win prizes and more.
