Shopping Tour

Join Dr. Scott Ewing and learn how his family shops. Learn where the healthy super foods and snacks are. Enjoy samples of healthy snacks while you shop and learn how to keep your family alive, healthy, and disease-free. The best part is, it's inexpensive and right in your local grocery.
