Understanding Your Business Model

The Florida SBDC will present a workshop on Understanding Your Business Model on March 18th from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the chamber office.  There is no cost for this event and registration is available on our website sbdc.uwf.edu. This workshop will help you with your business model.  Are you  generating profit or has the market shifted and your existing model is no longer working?  The session will cover the 9 building blocks of your business model including:  Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels,  Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources,  Key Activities, Key Partnerships and Cost Structure.
