This home is about 4400 square feet of conditioned space (3710 living & 690ish conditioned storage).  We anticipate the power bill to average less than $150 per month.  Just like we did in 2012 with the home on Texas Parkway where we had 2100 sq ft and averaged $75 per month, we’ll do this with no outside unit and free hot water.  This home has an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) to allow fresh air into home along with an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) that will literally take the scent out of scented candles.  Imagine cooking fish and not being able to smell it outside of the direct vicinity of the cooking area.  This home has the best of the best in indoor comfort!
