Food/Beverage Manager

About the Role:

Diligent Coworking is home to RVN Social, a flexible-use café and beverage venue located in our Crestview, FL coworking and executive office building. RVN Social serves light breakfast fare and premium coffee in the morning, offers a casual café atmosphere during the day, and transforms into a craft cocktail bar and event space in the evenings.

We are seeking a reliable and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager (Hourly) to support our day-to-day café and bar operations, manage light food prep, and oversee beverage service during on-site events and client gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso drinks in the morning café service window
• Mix and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages during evening shifts or events
• Assist with light food prep (baked goods, charcuterie, packaged items) and maintain food safety standards
• Open and close café/bar service areas, ensuring cleanliness and setup is complete
• Maintain inventory of beverages, bar supplies, and café essentials; communicate restocking needs
• Coordinate with Diligent's management and event teams to support on-site mixers, happy hours, and member events
• Provide friendly, professional service to coworking members and guests
• Ensure compliance with local food handling and alcohol service regulations
• Set a welcoming tone for the space and help build community among guests

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, food service, or bartending (required)
• Prior experience in coffee service, bartending, or event support preferred
• Knowledge of basic food handling and alcohol service regulations (Food service manager’s or alcohol certification a plus)
• Comfortable working independently and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Strong attention to detail and professional appearance
• Must be 21+ and able to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional evenings
